bought my first coin yesterday withdrawn it successfully and trying buying again and is showing that we are unable to complete this other try again or use another payment method which I did and still same thing contacted my bank and they said is the app . I need to buy coin so is there anyway you can resolve this ?

Not able to use the app. id verification not working. I wasted my time reporting the issue and providing the recordings of the error message. after 1 month the issue has not been resolved. The ticket was just closed without solution to the issue. now I have to transfer the money back to my bank wasting 75 dirhams due to blocked features when you are not verified. okx if you want to waste my time and not provide a solution, well here you go.

one of the most useless app update, updated my app and my whole dApp tabs got wiped out. I knew the update was a disaster which was why for the longest time, I have refused to update the app. annoying and disappointing.
