Believe me.They will rob your Money and never answear why because it’s confident.They canceled my bonus and didin’t have the guts to tell me why.Don’t invest in them and don’t participate in campaigns with them because they wont Pay you.I lost 100$ to do a campaign and they canceled the bonus although i did just what they asked for.I have screenshot to prove it.

I am writing to file a complaint against OKX Wallet regarding an issue with my funds being held without proper notice or justification. Recently, I mistakenly deposited $50 into the wrong wallet within the platform. After realizing the error, I attempted to withdraw the funds. However, my withdrawal was placed on hold. What concerns me is that: * The platform did not clearly disclose that such a hold would be applied. * After one hold period ended, another hold was immediately placed on my account. * I urgently need access to my funds and cannot afford to wait several additional days. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience and frustration, especially since I was not properly informed about these policies beforehand. Ithey cuse me a lots of issue i file lowsuit in smal claim court .they ignoring me and not assist me at all .

I don't like Trading View OKX connector. No Stop orders or stop limits with stop-loss and take profit. You can set stop order but without stop-loss or take profit. When stop-limit with stop-loss and take profit executed you have buy-stop limit and sell-limit instead normal indication for stop-loss and take-profit and funnies part that you can set for your position, buy-stop and sell-limit (short and for long reverse - limit and stop) stop-loss and take-profit :). For this buy-stop and sell-limit instead normal stop and take I don't have info about PNL on chart. So I don't feel it's best integration on crypto market.

OKX stolen me 1.500 USDT for suspicious Ad bidding

On August 24, 2026, I received an email informing me that I had won a bid on a P2P ad and that my ad would be running for 24 hours the following day. Since this type of auction was completely unfamiliar to me, I noticed a new category called "Ad bidding" had been added to my profile. However, all I could see there was that I could bid on various ads. After discovering in my transactions that OKX had deducted 1,500 USDT from my account with a note indicating an ad bidding fee, I immediately contacted their chat support. Initially, they told me it wasn't a fee, but rather that the amount had been frozen and would be released for sale later. Later, they told me it was indeed the bidder's fee. Although I immediately objected, stating that I didn't want to use the offer, I was repeatedly asked to make a video of the bidding page to prove that I had no access to the auctions. Despite providing proof multiple times on ticket 33844382, OKX refused to refund my 1,500 USDT, arguing that I had placed the bid myself and therefore owed the payment even though I hadn't used the item. Therefore, I unfortunately have to file a criminal complaint.

I have been verified for a long time but suddenly they came back and ask proof of salary after attempting how many times they came back ask for bank statement ,after thay they came payslip, after that tax document. And all those just to inform them to close tmy account. Never again with them they don't know what there doing. Asking asking asking and there answer is about our compliance and regulatory.

Okx has kept £165,000 of my money which was not given to them for investing but to try and get my money out. They have miserably failed leaving me in a dilema because to get through to anyone you need a degree in computing and not be an 80 year old with a quiver, I can quote a number to them 33022278 which may help them confuse me and for them to put my money towards their yearly profits rather than back into an empty UK bank account. They seem unable to communicate on a level that I can deal with.

Recently, I received an email stating that a few of my transactions were flagged as “suspicious.” What’s concerning is that these transactions were from nearly two months prior, and no specific details were provided just a general warning to “avoid interacting” with those transactions. So essentially, you expect users to go through thousands of past transactions, identify a few unspecified ones, and somehow avoid them going forward? Then, just one week later, my account was completely suspended. The suspension email instructed me to contact support for clarification. However, when I did, I only received the exact same generic message again, with no additional explanation or guidance. This approach is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. With a transaction history of this scale, I expected a much more precise, transparent, and solution-oriented handling of the situation not a vague warning followed by a complete account block. There were clearly better ways to resolve this issue. Instead, the decision felt abrupt and heavy-handed. I sincerely hope the platform improves its communication and review process for users in similar situations.

I moved here from Base and it’s been the worse I have ever experienced. My second purchase was only $115 paid by Apple Pay and it put a hold on it where I couldn’t transfer it. The whole point of having the account is to buy crypto and send to my personal address and I can’t do it like this. Customer service seems Non existent been over 24 hours and no response. Ended up selling my crypto and tried to withdraw it and they put my cash on hold too! Couldn’t even connect my bank, well my bank said it was connected but got error saying they denied it whe it’s my bank in my name! Seems like a scam or something. Now my cash is just setting there and I can’t do anything and service is nonexistent. I cannot recommend this site at all! Reply to their reply: I did contact you! I sent two support tickets and no reply! Nonsense reply to this post just to get better rating!
