Impossible to get verified by KYC. Was very easy to deposit money, but try to withdraw and it's major work. Don't recommend.

Update on my Binance.com review from January 7th. My account is still suspended and the issue hasn't been resolved, even though I got suspended without the possibility of knowing I would beforehand (the information wasn't properly displayed in their ToS). Despite the timeline surpassing every deadline I've been given, they are still holding my funds against my own will and keep saying that they're "protected". For all I know they can protect it until I pass with how it's going right now. Every time I reach the end of a deadline, they just give me a new one. Complete and utter blasphemy. Für mich ist die App noch nicht klar. Der Bezahlprozess (TWINT) gefällt mir nicht. Die Möglichkeit meine Debit (oder Kreditkarte) zu nutzen habe ich noch nicht gefunden .

I am extremely disappointed with Binance's referral campaign. After bringing 4 real friends who completed all 12 tasks (verification and trading), my progress bar only moved by 0.04% and got stuck at 99.74%. This is a mathematical trap to avoid paying rewards. To make it worse, the support agent (Jeremy) told me to "grow my followers" instead of fixing the issue. I have an official complaint registered: CC8705506. This is deceptive and unfair to loyal users who work hard for the platform.
I will say that up to the 29 December that Binance has been the best crypto platform for me so far. So til that point I would have given them a 4 star rating, but still things that could have been better. But after the 29 December where they removed the way to buy crypto directly from your card. So you now have to make a bank transfer in your bank through a third party was there I stopped using them. So until that function comes back I will not recommend using this platform
I don't like that there's no option to transfer small amounts in crypto, like under $10.
They locked my account after I bought a subscription on a site with crypto that cost $20, they locked my account and asked "where did I get this crypto address?" Since the address is dynamic, I can't send a photo/video of it. I don't understand why they locked my account for a $20 transfer??? The customer support is ridiculously slow, I didn't get any answers to the simplest questions in 2 hours and I had to wait at least 25-30 minutes for each answer... Binance case ID: is 156515374
I am generally happy with Binance,I trust them. Its the best out there. But i would like to use this channel to express a negativ incident today. I had a 7K short position on SIRENUSDT at perpetual futures. The market was volitile. At some point the market dropped down a lot and I tried to reduce my position with both market order and limit buy orders. I got error message "reduce only". So I was not able to close my position. Resulting in loss of 3.3K USD when the market bounced upwards 1 minute later. I manged eventually to close the enitre postion with the 3.3K loss. I talked with support on chat, but got no help, because I did not have screen shot of the incident/error message. There is not way I could get a screen shot in the heat of the moment when scalping in that situation. I think its good that Binance try to limit extream volatility with "reduce only" meassures. But you can not reject a limit or market order that does reduce the position, no matter volatility. This is a bug that should be fixed. Binance chat case ID inquiry: 156505707
Really a shit platform. Blocked my account several times because of routine monitoring. Keep asking me questions over and over again. They even ask why in the conversation of my client his wallet ID is not mentioned. Since when does a buyer neede to give a wallet ID. And then ask my client to contact Binance to verify. What a BS platform.
Locked my account with funds still in it. They were not happy that my bank did a successful charge back for other funds .#fuckbinance

Binance are scammer . I have been trying to login to my account for more than 20 times but they denie upon face recognition , everytime I try it gives a pop up of timeout why! I try even manual verification by uploading my video but failed I ask myself why during kyc face verification is smooth but when you want to withdraw or login it become more difficult? Dear Sir or Madam, On January 25, 2026, during an open position in my Binance account, I was not allowed to place a take profit (TP) order, a stop loss (SL) order, nor manually close my position, allegedly due to market volatility and system congestion. On the same trading screen, every attempt to place a TP, SL, or manually close the position resulted in the same order error, which is clearly evidenced by the screenshots I provided. Despite this, your representatives claimed that the issue was related only to the TP order. However, the screenshots clearly demonstrate that the identical error occurred for all order types. Had my TP order been accepted by the system, my trade would have closed in profit. Instead, due to the system preventing any action, my position remained open and eventually turned into a loss. At the time of the incident, my account balance was approximately 70 USDT. When the loss reached a certain percentage, your system automatically closed the entire balance, resulting in an actual financial loss of approximately 51 USDT. This loss occurred entirely due to a technical malfunction beyond my control. Following the incident, despite submitting multiple requests, my access to customer support was significantly restricted. My repeated requests to speak with a human customer service representative were not fulfilled, and I was left dealing with AI-based systems for extended periods. When I insisted on pursuing my rightful claim, I received warning and threatening messages indicating that the chat would be terminated, which made me feel pressured and intimidated as a customer. Additionally, I submitted screenshots of communications from third parties who contacted me under the name of Binance, provided information that only the company itself could have access to, and promised compensation for my losses. Despite this, Binance stated that it had no connection with these individuals. This effectively demonstrates that Binance has remained passive and silent in the face of ongoing scam activities targeting Binance users and has not actively pursued legal or preventive actions against such fraud. Furthermore, despite refusing to acknowledge the system error, your representatives went beyond their authority by offering unsolicited advice such as “not everything is about money.” Rather than addressing my concrete financial loss and compensation request, the issue was trivialized with irrelevant and inappropriate remarks, further deepening my loss of trust. I am also aware that in the past, Binance has compensated some users in similar situations caused by system congestion and extreme market volatility. However, despite being under comparable conditions, my request was rejected. This reinforces the impression that I have been subjected to unfair and discriminatory treatment. Based on all the facts outlined above, I hereby formally request: 1. Full reimbursement of my total loss of approximately 70 USDT, which resulted directly from the order execution error; 2. A clear and written explanation regarding the technical failure, the subsequent communication issues, restricted access to customer support, the passive stance toward third-party scam activities, the inappropriate advisory remarks directed at me, and the threatening approach of warning me that the chat would be terminated for asserting my rights; 3. A transparent justification explaining why compensation policies applied in similar past cases were not applied to my case. Should this request not be addressed with a written response within a reasonable timeframe, I hereby reserve all my legal rights and will proceed with applications to the relevant legal and regulatory authorities. I erroneously deposited 239 USD to deriv via binance but when I realized the mistake, I applied for a refund from deriv which they promptly agreed to but via binance. Upon applying for a refund from binance, they've taken me in circles since July 2025 to date. I have made over twelve applications for a refund but they keep telling me that my videos are not clear, that I send them all communications between me and deriv. That I send the refund txid and deposit txid from deriv, all of which I have diligently done with no refund untill I decided to let them have the money which is equivalent to 30,500/= Kenyan shillings. The worst thing with binance is that unlike sites like deriv etc, you can neither chat with their agents,email them or contact them in any way. Mwangi. Kenya.
Ik probeer al de hele dag om mijn oude account verwijderd te krijgen omdat ik wil dat ze mijn data verwijderen. Er staan nergens instructies of links over hoe dit mogelijk is. Het enige wat er gebeurd is dat je word geredirect naar de withdrawel pagina, verder kan je niks. Nu blijkt dat de enige manier om dat te doen is via hun support chat, waarbij je verplicht een foto van je paspoort moet uploaden. Om je data verwijderd te krijgen moet ik juist nog meer mensen je paspoort opsturen. En als je vraagt of je stukjes mag censureren zeggen ze nee, maar ik heb mijn BSN gecensureerd en het werkte toch. Dus ook de support medewerkers informeren je slecht. Volkomen bizar dat dat nodig is als er tig andere manieren zijn om te verifiëren of ze met de juiste praten. Edit: Once again binance shows how unbelievably unhelpful they are with their reply. It's like none of you can even read. The link you shared with instructions on how to delete an account does not work for Dutch residents. The app has been taken down from our appstore and your website automatically redirects to the withdrawels page when clicking any button or even when typing in any binance URL. The only method of deletion is through the chat where we are expected to send pictures of our full ID's to some random customer service worker. Which by the way is not true, because I censored parts on my ID and my account still got deleted. It seemed to me the customer service manager did not know what was and was not necessary which made the process all the more frustrating and it poses a giant security risk. You suck major ass Binance.

I contact them to resolve an issue that I have, that I cannot buy crypto for an error of the system... They said they will have an answear in 15-30min... Ok, nothing! Next day I contact them to ask of they have the solution... Explination from begining, they said I will be able to buy in 24 hours because the internal team will handle... Now, is over 24 hours from last conversation, sure no answear, over 48 houre from first conversation and I cannot buy anything... To sad because I was on binance from begining and now in need to move on another platform! Edit!!! After I left this review they contact me to upload my documents 😅... Just to have an aswear to me... I am a verified user, I have the print screen that my account is verified!!! Shame on you Binance
Absolutely horrible and seems to be a scam company! I purchased some bitcoin in order to pay for a download service I wanted to purchase. However, after purchasing the bitcoin they would NOT let me transfer it to any other address because they said it didn't meet their "Minimum amount" whatever that was. HUH? So apparently if you want to pay for something from their service, it has to be some huge amount and you can't do anything with your bitcoin if it's under $100 or whatever that minimum was. What's the point of even having an account there? I couldn't get my bitcoin or money out at all! It took me a long time to figure out that I had to convert my bitcoin into some sort of weird credit then again to cash? It was very convoluted and very much in favor of them and it also lined their pockets with a lot of my money with their shady way of transferring and exchanging my funds! I did manage to get my money back into my bank account (minus a chunk they stole), but now I know better than to trust this scam of a company! Update: Their reply is a JOKE! NO OTHER PLATFORM restricts how much you send to other wallets! I was able to make my transaction using another service with no issue. They are liars and scammers!
Binance.us locked my account and for the last 30 days i have been trying to get my assets returned to my bank. They have no live people on customer service, it’s all AI and it will take you in circles. They ask for pictures and videos and after 29 emails it says that they do not communicate through email and directs me back to the AI start. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. They truly are a SCAM. The response from Binance.us does nothing but send me back to the AI which can not handle my problems. Impossible to talk to a live person on this platform! Account still locked and impossible to get real help!
Horrible employees !!! I have messaged to get my account terminated they will not close it. They employees do nothing but harasses me. But their very sly bout it Thee worst service ever had to deal with so they can keep my account open but because I will not be responsible for anything that happens to that account. I will not be treated that way from them or any place if business especially since I done nothing. I would advise do not open account they want to see transactions in your bank statements. Craziest place and unbelievable I've dealt with. The employees need to be accountable for their actions but to get a complaint to someone is impossible. BEAWRE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
If you enter crypto world and especially Binance, you become a very easy target for scammers. 1) You are always added to some whatsapp discussions. Scammers know everything about you... 2) The platform is so complex and it requires always new ways to verify your account or you will lose some critical features. So I was feeling less and less trust in this platform. 3) You have lots of scammers who take advantage about knowing everything about you to setup some very complex scams. Even if you don't put your last name in your pseudo. They will know your irst name, last name, email, telephone...everything. They call you as Binance Cybersecurity to alert you that there was a connection abroad on your account and that you should disconnect all devices, backuping your funds to not lose them. They are very good to reassure you, talking very professional, reminding all best practices against hackers. Such as do never communicate how many funds you have, nor passwords. Across the proceadure you don't give any confidential information and you move your funds to a wallet owned by binance (articles online about trust wallet purchase by binance). 4) Binance has no customer support...maximum you will speak to AI chatbots with preformatted answers. They don't understand anything about your issue, they don't assume any responsibility if you encounter an issue. They don't want to have any responsibility about Trust wallet lacks of security. 7 Millions have already been stolen from Binance and trust Wallet (same company) and they don't refund their clients (source : Coincub, Evercode Lab etc). 8) I asked binance customer support team to at least send a global communication to their clients to alert about this trust wallet scam...they said they can't do that. they really don't care. They continue business as usual even if there are tons of scams every day....Welcome to crypto world
