Gee thanks, cause i hadnt tried that already...smh this is the exact response sent to my email and it doesnt help you in any way. I was referred by a friend. I used their referral. It apparently did not link to my account. I provided OKX the information about my friend proving the referral They refuse to accept it and won't provide the referral bonus. Edit: OKX in their reply is asking me to reach out to check something, but it is clear in my review that I have already taken this step unsuccessfully. Their reply further indicates their incompetence in resolving the issue.

Extremely Slow Support – One Week Stuck in P2P Dispute

I have been stuck in a P2P dispute for almost a week and the OKX support team is extremely slow. It takes them 2 days to reply each message, and every time they ask for new proof without checking the case seriously. I did everything they requested: video proof, screenshots, bank statements, and Revolut confirmation. Still, no solution, no clear update, and my money is frozen. The buter sent the payment through Airwallex, which is not even a real bank, and OKX still hasn’t resolved the case. This delay is unacceptable and very stressful. I expected a professional and faster support team, but the experience has been very disappointing. I hope OKX improves the dispute resolution process and protects users more effectively.

Totally rubbish support and their ads system

dont use their p2p system my ads were already approved due to business work i couldnt trade on p2p they didnt send me email and just disabled the ads and say you are not allowed when i talk to support they say your region is not allowed what a foolish people if my region is not allowed then why my ads were active . What a pathetic set of people - baseless and worse thing is no regulatory authority can look into them. With draw fees in UAE for 1Dhs or 1000 dhs is 75 Dhs. Buy and Sell Difference is more than 30 pips at any given time.

Euro eingezahlt und damit USDC gekauft. Wollte dann gleich abheben und auf anderer Börse mit besseren Gebühren traden ,Withdraw für die USDC plötzlich gesperrt angeblich wegen Sicherheit. Trade den machen wollte auf anderer Börse damit dann nicht möglich und hab dadurch Geld verloren. There has been no meaningful investigation, no follow-up, and no indication that OKX takes this matter seriously. It is deeply troubling that a platform of OKX’s scale and reputation would allow itself to be used as a tool by criminal actors and then completely ignore the victims. The absence of any proactive measures, warnings, or support for affected users raises serious questions about the platform’s internal controls and ethical standards. At times, it has felt as though I was speaking not to a customer support team, but to the very scammers who defrauded me. To OKX customer service: please refrain from sending another hollow, automated message in response to this complaint. You have had two years to act—and you have failed. Your inaction speaks volumes about how little you value user protection and human rights. To anyone reading this: be warned. My experience with OKX has been one of negligence, disarray, and injustice. If you fall victim to a scam on this platform, do not expect help, accountability, or even basic human decency. Direkt nach der Einzahlung (nach erfolgter Verifizierung) das Guthaben für mehrere Stunden gesperrt. Trotz direkter Transaktionsnachweis im Support Chat muss man warten, bis sich die "Fachabteilung" darum kümmert. Update, nach 12 h immer noch gesperrt und der Kurs fällt weiter...

I reached out several times asking for clarification, but I never received a clear or meaningful explanation — only vague, generic responses that didn’t address anything. It may sound banal, but to withdraw your own money you basically have to go through all the circles of Hell. The ridiculous Satoshi test is implemented horribly: the site simply refuses to recognize the destination wallet that you’re required to confirm in the exchange’s own Safari extension, and it keeps throwing an error saying the wrong wallet is connected. Before that, any wallet address I entered for withdrawal was automatically flagged as “high-risk, please choose another one.” And that was my damn wallet address! You might think: “Well, just enter a different address and that’s it.” Nope. Not at all. They completely blocked my withdrawals. Do you think support responded? Of course not. So if you enjoy problems—go ahead and register on that exchange.

As i am new to the crypto i chose OKX

As i am new to the crypto i chose OKX. Trading was good in spite of the downfall and sudden drops. P2P works good for money transfer. Im still not sure is there a spot trading for bearish run it is not explained well but ok, like i didn’t find sell short spot bot, maybe its me. Maybe newsletter bulletin should be more informative but ok. All in all the platform works well and it is very responsive. Fees for perpetual trading need to be more defined and history of trade need to be more clear. Example as i had 300$ used 10x perpetual long buy and made 50$. Balance is not now 350$ it is less bcoz of the fees I don’t fully understand. Keep trading and be safe wish you all the best for the future

Honestly, terrible exchange to hold crypto in. Even if u want to transfer funds. Platform just deside to hold my fund (which are not a lot - like $10-20), and won't let me touch them, until I tell where and my fund from etc. Verification system is EVEN WORSE.I tried to verify myself for weeks, sent them all the necessary documents, and in the end they still didn't verify me. I don't recommend it.

I found out that it was a Ponzi scheme weeks ago when they refused to pay me I requested for withdrawal 5 times it was disapprove and the customer service is fully of crap ……. Forced to 'clear' fragments of some dead cryptos just to verify

Had an account with them for a few years and never had any issues. Had not been there for a year or so and failed with my attempts to provide the 2FA code. It turns out I never had 2FA with them and I was providing codes from some 2FA that did not have the company name at the front of the title. My account was frozen. I was informed I have to verify my identity. The first part of the process was to 'clear' fragments of cryptos I had purchased and withdrawn, some of the tokens are now dead. No idea what this is all about. No instructions and when I click on one of the tokens I am taken to the withdrawal page. After telling support I ended up on the withdrawal page they replied with an incompetent answer to go ahead and make the withdrawals. smh. Reading other reviews here I think maybe it is a good thing my account is frozen and it can stay that way. I sometimes delete reviews after I receive a favourable response but not this time. So no need to reply if you represent the exchange. This exchange looks to have a habit of acting like communists with their controlling actions and I intend to stay away.

It’s been over a month since I downloaded the OKX app on the recommendation of a friend. I transferred USD 1100, but when I tried to withdraw the funds, my account was initially barred for seven days. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly asked to provide various documents — including my bank statement and address proof — which I have already submitted. Each time I contact support, they stop responding after saying, “Your issue has been escalated,” yet no progress is ever made. It’s quite ironic that OKX allows users to deposit USDT easily but blocks withdrawals. To make matters worse, instead of resolving my withdrawal issue, I received a message stating that my account has been successfully verified and that I can now trade — even though I have been following up from an already verified account specifically to release my funds. It’s now been more than a month with no resolution. I am therefore preparing to file a formal complaint with the Dubai Police through their smart service system, as advised when I contacted them.
