I am escalating this to the FSA Seychelles immediately." UPDATE: OKX replied here to look good in public, but in reality, they sent me an email saying their support email is NO LONGER ACTIVE. This is pure manipulation. My 1349 USDT is still locked under ID BLOCK. UPDATE: OKX Support confirmed they are withholding my 1349 USDT under ID BLOCK and refused to release it, asking me to involve police to talk to their legal team. They are holding my money hostage without any legal grounds. Total scam behavior. Ticket 31286741."

The app works fine and trading is smooth most of the time. However, the customer support response time is quite slow when you have an issue. All other is okay.
Beginner friendly for new traders and crypto enthusiasts. Would recommend it if you're into checking the markets regularly, they have the best updates.

I decided to start using okx, and my experience today confirmed all the negative reviews. They already have a 5-day withdrawal restriction for “security checks,” which I accepted and waited through. After that period, I planned everything and was ready to withdraw my crypto—only to suddenly face what looked like a “technical error.” However, when I contacted support, they told me it wasn’t a technical issue at all, but another security restriction. This extra step is not clearly mentioned anywhere beforehand. They then said it could take another 3 days to resolve. What’s worse is their attitude—they simply suggest converting your crypto back to cash, completely ignoring the fees you lose during buying and selling. There’s no real solution, no transparency, and no responsibility. Instead of proper verification steps, they just block your account in a way that looks like an error, then quietly place you into another restriction period, leaving you unable to access your funds. If you want a platform where you actually have control over your crypto, this is not it.

I opened this account recently for my personal use. Opening the account was pleasantly uneventful, and I made a few small test purchases which were very smooth and my coin was immediately sent to my personal wallet. After about 2 weeks I tried to make a $500 purchase but the cash transfer wasn't processing. My bank said they were releasing the funds but within minutes OKX returned the funds. I tried a transfer with my bank on the phone and they insisted OKX was returning the funds. I had a chat with a customer service rep who told me to try a different bank account or debit card. If there's a problem with OKX's platform, using a different bank won't work. First of all, I only have one bank account that never fails anything I do. So I submit a service ticket and 2 weeks go by with no calls, no email, nothing!! Is this how they treat customers??? They should not be allowed to trade crypto with a platform that doesn't function properly. DON'T RISK.YOUR MONEY TRADING ON OKX'S INCOMPETENT, NONFUNCTIONING PLATFORM.

Bad experience with this firm. My account was suspended without violating any of their rules and regulations immediately after I requested a withdrawal. For a few days now their support has refused to respond to my messages. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to lose your money. I've shifted to #Crop Mines....they are just the best alternative, and they pay on time without any delay.

I’ve been using OKX for over six months without any issues, until this past Saturday, when my account was suddenly placed under a “mandatory review” for 60 days. Since then, my assets have been completely frozen, and I’ve received no clear explanation as to why. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but each time my case is simply “escalated” with no real update or resolution. The responses are repetitive and provide no transparency. I requested either to have my funds returned or, if that’s not possible, to have my account closed. Both requests were refused without justification. This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Users, especially those in the UK, should be aware that accounts can be suspended without prior notice or a clear reason, leaving funds inaccessible for an extended period.
