#7419457 I believe this platform is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They have locked my money for about a week now. They sent me questions, but the frustrating part is that their app doesn’t even allow me to update my answers.I’ve been in contact with their support team, and honestly, they’ve been completely unhelpful. I keep receiving empty promises. In the end, they said they would escalate my case to a special team and assured me that all documents would be forwarded. However, I believe this is not true, because the so-called “special team” keeps asking for the same information over and over again. It feels like they are intentionally delaying the process to hold onto my money. I can share the conversation as proof you’ll see that initially they said it would take two days, but now it has dragged on much longer. Another issue is that they never informed me that the fiat withdrawal option was unavailable. When I decided to withdraw my funds back to my account, they suddenly told me that this option was also closed. I have already reported this to consumer protection. What’s worse is that they close tickets without actually resolving anything. I’ve had to open multiple tickets and chats just to get basic responses. Today, I’ve been waiting since morning for a reply. I even have a screenshot where one of their representatives said that other clients are a higher priority than me, which is completely unacceptable upadte after another day even that ihave sent the verification wallet again and again over over again many times they accept finally they still wanna know why my friend send me money over to my wallet of what the money my money in my wallet what i plan to do with this money worst company ever.Stupid people.

WARNING TO UK USERS. OKX will freeze your funds and force a "60-day communication blackout" on you. I was placed under a random review. OKX requested Enhanced Due Diligence (ID and Source of Wealth). I provided it and passed instantly. OKX officially emailed me saying: "You're successfully re-verified. Start trading." Yet, they are STILL blocking my withdrawals and refusing to sync their backend systems. Support bots refuse to help. They are unlawfully holding a UK consumer's funds after their own compliance team officially cleared my account. I am reporting them to the FCA and Archax for Consumer Duty violations. me engañaron y aun no hay respuesta, mi dinero se perdió! nadie responde. Mejor desinstale la aplicación para no perder dinero, así quedó mas tranquilo. bueno después de cinco días o más me vinieron a resolver el problema que tenía, no me daban ni respuesta , ahora me la dieron pero me regañaron por no saber invertir, aún así es mi dinero y su eficiencia en respuesta no es muy agradable pasaron días y eso que volví a instalar la aplicación para ver si ya habían contestado .

I had a very disappointing experience with OKX. The platform looks good from the outside, but when it comes to actual user support and account-related issues, it feels unreliable. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and did not give me clear answers when I needed assistance.

Why is no one sorting out the issue of my not being able to verìfy? I had two accounts. Support said I can only use one. I closed one and for MONTHS its saying I cannot verify because I already have a verified account. Your system is not ready for users. Based in this I dont have an account. I’ve been using OKX for a while now and overall the experience has been good. The interface is clean and trading feels smooth. Withdrawals worked fine for me, though support replies can take a bit longer sometimes. Still, a solid platform for crypto users.

$200 btc reward was $160, oh well.

I'm sure it's better than Gemini, but their $200 sign up btc referal bonus gets 20% taken right off the top. I spent over $200 the day I signed up, as required, & immediately got my reward of $160, btc lol. Had to wait required 30 days, & after a month of btc regression, it's far less. That is worse than Gemini in that regard only. I'll use Kraken for crypto needs. None of this made much sense, & that's ok. I took the word of their AI assistant in lieu of wasting time trying to challenge support. No big deal, just honest reviews from me.

The negative aspect is that the mobile application is messy and congested with features. After knowing where everything is, that is alright.
