Bonjour, Cette fois, je vous retire deux étoiles car, il est difficile de voir ses gains lorsqu'on trade en futures sur OKX. Je trade actuellement avec Apollobot et je n'arrive pas à voir mes gains en futures que j'obtiens grâce à ce bot sur mon capital de trading. S'il existait un moyen de transférer ses gains en futures vers son compte de trading, ce serait parfait ! Seul Binance arrive à le faire !

Worst exchange I have used. No futures trading - first of all. Second - if you want to withdraw then you need to have funds in your wallet already (at least 5 USD) for verification. This is the dumbest thing and waste of time I have ever seen. How would I send you 5 USD if I want to payout crypto from OKX to have it in my wallet? What is user doesn't have any crypto in his wallet, how would he get it to verify? This exchange is a trap and raises concerns. OKX is more strict and worse than national banks. Other exchanges were able to make this dumb European verification process called travel rule normal (only asking for screenshot, written confirmation that we are the owners of the wallet or automatic verification by signing message), but nah, not OKX. Never using this exchange again, no thanks, they make everything harder and slower than anyone else in this industry. I am trying to use CEX more and more because of such situations and you guys should too!

I am a fully verified user and have always used OKX legitimately. When I attempted to withdraw part of my BTC to my personal cold wallet, the situation became unexpectedly complicated and extremely stressful. I completed every verification step requested, including: A test (satoshi) transaction A signed message proving wallet ownership Verification via BTC Core Despite providing clear cryptographic proof of ownership, the process did not move forward smoothly. Instead, after extended back-and-forth communication, support requested that I submit a continuous, unedited video recording navigating live through my hardware wallet interface, showing my full wallet address, account information, transaction history, and specific transaction details including TxID. At that point, I became genuinely concerned. This type of request feels far outside standard industry practices and raises serious operational security concerns. Hardware wallets are specifically designed to protect user privacy and minimize exposure of sensitive information. Being asked to record and disclose detailed wallet activity felt disproportionate and deeply uncomfortable. For comparison, I went through a similar ownership verification process with Kraken. They also required verification, but the process was professional, straightforward, and resolved within minutes — without excessive demands or unnecessary complexity. The contrast was significant. I understand that compliance procedures are necessary, especially under EU regulations. However, verification requirements should be proportionate, technically justified, and aligned with best practices in the crypto industry. In this case, the experience created fear and uncertainty regarding the safety of my assets on the platform. I hope OKX carefully reviews its withdrawal verification policies to ensure that legitimate users are not subjected to procedures that feel excessive or outside normal standards.

The customer support was beyond unhelpful. On two separate occasions, the platform UI bugged out completely. Despite this, customer support repeatedly insisted the issue was on my side and that everything looked “fine” from theirs. Only after escalation did they finally acknowledge that there was a platform issue but by then, the damage was already done. While trading a $300,000 position, the ETH/USDC price froze on their platform. Candles stopped moving, and TP/SL orders did not trigger. This persisted for two full days. I tried every possible access point mobile, Mac, PC nothing worked. I was forced to manually close positions, paying $800 in fees per position, purely because the platform was unusable. No compensation. No accountability. This experience highlighted several serious problems: Buggy and unreliable UI Frozen price feeds and non-functioning TP/SL Extremely poor customer support Hidden or excessive fees For a platform that markets itself as professional and reliable, this was unacceptable. When real money is on the line, “everything looks fine on our side” is not an answer. I will never trade on OKX again.

My support ticket #31101279 I recently faced a challenging situation with OKX's P2P dispute resolution system. As a buyer, I completed my payment, which was confirmed by both my bank and the recipient's payment service provider. Despite submitting all required proofs bank confirmation, transaction records, and even official inter-bank communication my crypto remained frozen for over 10 days after the dispute was officially resolved in my favor. The seller had violated OKX's own policy by using a third-party payment account, and falsely claimed non-receipt even when their own wallet provider confirmed the funds were credited (though temporarily held for verification). While the OKX platform is generally reliable for trading, the support process during disputes feels unnecessarily slow and repetitive. Multiple “under review” cycles and repeated requests for already-submitted documents extended the resolution time significantly.
