My account (UID: 521296871) has been frozen since April 27, 2025, with $309 stuck. I completed full KYC (Level 2+). 20.05.26 I got email about: They sent me an email demanding I withdraw my funds within 120 hours, or they will be lost. However, withdrawals are blocked, and the withdrawal methods are not working! Support is unavailable, and the verification system (the "Confirm" button) is not working. I have already filed complaints with the SCA and Sanadak. I demand that my account be unblocked immediately so I can withdraw my funds!
Card cashback rewards confiscated without explanation
I participated in Bybit Card's cashback rewards campaign in good faith — deposited USDT, used the card for normal everyday purchases, and earned approximately 18 USDT in rewards. The rewards still appear in my Rewards Hub with active "Claim" buttons, but every claim attempt returns "not eligible, error 403003." When I contacted customer support, they cited a "violation of Reward Terms of Use" but refused to specify: - Which specific rule was violated - Which transaction triggered the violation - Any evidence supporting their decision Their final response: "Bybit reserves the right not to disclose any further details" and "This decision is final, no further appeals." A rewards program that confiscates earned rewards without any explanation, evidence, or appeal process is not a legitimate rewards program. Other Bybit Card users should be aware that participating in their cashback campaigns carries the risk of arbitrary forfeiture with no recourse. If Bybit can demonstrate a real violation, I am open to reviewing it. Until then, the rewards I earned should be released. --- UPDATE [May 22, 2026]: Bybit responded asking me to share my Case ID. Adding it here as requested: Case ID: 26352654 I'll update this review again once the case is genuinely re-investigated and a substantive response is provided. Until then, this review stands as a warning to other Bybit Card users. --- UPDATE [May 24, 2026]: After this review was made public and the Case ID was provided, Bybit re-investigated the case and released the rewards to my account. I appreciate the eventual resolution. However, I am keeping this review at its current rating because: - The original "final decision, no appeals" stance was only reversed after public pressure - Users without Trustpilot/social media visibility may not get the same outcome - The original "we reserve the right not to disclose" approach to rule enforcement remains a concern I hope Bybit improves its rewards dispute process so future users don't need to go public to get a fair review.
Terrible service inside Bybit
Terrible service inside Bybit. On 11.05.2026 I made a withdrawal to a bank card. The funds (2626 USDT) were deducted from my balance, the commission was charged, but the transfer status shows “Error”. The money has still not been returned. Support tickets are either marked as “solved” without any actual resolution or simply deleted. It has already been 8 days with no real response. Regular support chat is completely useless — first they said wait 3 days, then 5 days, then 7 days, and they continue making excuses. Transaction hash: 011496fc83f47e14f95aa9083195fbf4f4c8aa11616512e45cea1f101f83861d One of the support operators even confirmed that the wallet belongs to Bybit. Ticket number: 25193410 The ticket has been pending since 14.05.2026 with absolutely no response from the technical support team.

My account has now been under restriction for more than 30 days. During this entire period, I have received no meaningful information other than generic template responses. Restriction date: 2026-04-11 Appeal ID: AS-896323-d4b4420a-e8fe-4c0d-a9d9-f6e39613ede3 UID: 61600429 After more than 3 years of using Bybit, I had never experienced a situation like this before. I genuinely did not want to make this issue public, however the problem appears to be affecting a growing number of users. I cannot recommend this exchange at the moment. In cases of account restrictions and frozen funds, users are not provided with clear explanations, specific details, or realistic resolution timeframes. Communication is limited to template responses for weeks. What is especially concerning is that I am part of a trading community where more than 50 users have reportedly faced similar restrictions, with review periods exceeding 30 days and very limited communication from support. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise users to carefully assess counterparty and custodial risks when storing significant funds on the platform. I still hope this matter will be resolved professionally and that Bybit will improve its transparency and communication with affected users.

These are scammers. The mark price of my grid bot was far below the liquidation price when it was liquidated. When I filed a complaint, I received no response and the chat was closed. I can't even start a new chat. I'm going to file a complaint. I strongly advise against using their Grid Bots. They can be arbitrarily liquidated, and customer service won't care at all.

My Bybit account has been restricted for over one month, and during this entire time I have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction. Initially, support informed me that the review would take 48 hours. Later, I was asked to wait an additional 2–4 weeks. That period has also passed, yet I still have not received: - any specific reason for the restriction; - any information regarding the transaction in question; - any request for documents or additional verification; - any clear resolution timeline. All responses from support continue to consist only of generic “please wait” messages, while access to my funds remains restricted. I repeatedly confirmed my willingness to cooperate and provide any required documents immediately, however no actionable guidance has been provided by the platform. At this point, the main issue is not even the review itself, but the complete lack of transparency, communication, and reasonable timelines.
